Privacy

The SuiteAdvise tools gateway at tools.suiteadvise.com is run by SuiteAdvise (contact: hello@suiteadvise.com).

What we collect

• Your name and email address, which page you signed up on, and the source tag of the link or QR code you came from.
• Your country (from the network, not your IP address; we don't store IP addresses) and your browser type.
• How you use the demos: pages viewed, the products you open, the controls you click, time on each page, and the guided tour steps.
• Any feedback you send, and any request you make (for example, for an audit or early access).

Why

To send you the link to the demo, to improve the demo, and to follow up when you ask us to. We only send marketing follow-ups if you ticked "keep me posted" or made a request.

How long

Demo usage events are kept for 12 months. Everything else is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Deletion

Email hello@suiteadvise.com and we'll delete your name, email address and everything recorded against them.

Who processes it

We don't sell your data and we use no third-party analytics. These services process it for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (the bot check on our forms only), Resend (email) and Google (the spreadsheet we read results in).

The demos

Demos run on frozen sample data. Where a demo is built from real data, it is anonymized and says so.
